Burnout can affect your mental and physical health. I felt burnt out around Christmas last year.
My symptoms included feeling irritable, fatigued, reduced professional satisfaction, not sleeping well
What I am doing to work on it?
Resting throughout the day, more longer breaks away from work, exercise, getting support, meditation, yin yoga, good nutrition and last but not least…sleep!
