Mindful March

Mindful March

If you haven't yet considered mindfulness or would like to dial up your practice, consider the daily suggestions from Action for Happiness. Try all or some of them during the month of March.

The practice of “mindfulness,” involves the ability to pay careful attention to what you're thinking, feeling, and sensing in the present moment without judging those thoughts and feelings as good or bad.

Research shows that mindfulness can:

- Reduce stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms

- Increase resilience and peace of mind

- Enhance cognitive performance eg concentration, memory and processing speed

- Improve work performance

- Improve relationships and overall wellbeing
