Gratitude Quiz

Gratitude Quiz

Gratitude is a feeling or attitude that acknowledges a benefit received or to be experienced. Studies show that gratitude can be deliberately cultivated and it can increase levels of wellbeing and happiness. Dr. Emmons, Professor of Psychology (University of California).

Are you truly grateful for the good things in your life—or do you take them for granted?  Feeling grateful is precisely what we need even more right now as we navigate living through this challenging time.

Grateful people are happy people, research shows. But how grateful are you? To find out—and discover steps for promoting even more gratitude in your life—take the quiz (see the link below), which is based on a scale developed by psychologists Mitchel Adler and Nancy Fagley. This quiz is provided by Greater Good Science Center. Any responses submitted here will never be shared with any organisation outside the Greater Good Science Center under any circumstances, ever. All responses are anonymised and only used in aggregate for research purposes.

When you are done, you'll get your gratitude score, learn more about the benefits of gratitude, and find resources for cultivating more gratitude in your life.
