Favourite Wellness Things
Some of my favourite wellness things...
I know that wellness is a broad topic and I thought I would share some of my favourite wellness things that I thought you would appreciate.
1. Happiness Is A State Of Mind, By His Holiness The Gyalw Drukpa - Book
It's such an inspiring book on how to make today a happy one.
One of my favourite quotes is:
"Happiness is already there.
And what you can get better at is realising that it is there
- at nurturing and nourishing it with your mind
and then your actions.
Then, happiness blossoms."
2. Resistance Bands
Early last year, I bought these resistance bands as we all had only the option of at home workouts during covid. They are the best bands I have used and I now take them with me to the gym. They look great and don't roll when using them. I bought the medium.
3. Meditation
This meditation on Insight Timer is a guided visualisation in which you'll be taken to one of your favorite, most peaceful places in your mind's eye. I love the background music and I imagine being in the Maldives with this one. If we can't travel then let's use visualisation to get us there!
