Cultivate Peace

Cultivate Peace

Schedule moments of peace into your day if you are feeling worried, frustrated or exhausted.

This current lockdown, for us in Melbourne is believed to be  “worse for most in Melbourne” than those in the past because many had experienced an extended period of worry about going back into it and had quickly become “physically and mentally exhausted”, according to Tamara Cavenett, president of the Australian Psychological Society.

If this is you, make sure you prioritise yourself. Find moments of peace, through rest, sleep, exercise, being in nature, meditation or connecting with others. Don’t hesitate to get help if you need further support.
