Enhance your wellbeing by taking a moment of stillness in your day, away from technology. It's a chance to check in, process, connect with compassion and gratitude.
Try the following:
- sit still and quietly away from devices
- look at nature
- check in - how do you feel?
- stay with your feelings non-judgmentally
- find compassion for yourself and others
- can you find gratitude in this moment?
- take a few breaths before returning to your day.
Set a notification in you calendar to remind you to take some time for you.
