Coaching is for everyone! If you are interested in thriving in your work and life, work with me. I am a Coaching Psychologist and I enjoy supporting my clients, to enhance their life experience, work performance, wellbeing and potential. 

Together we will take a holistic view of your life and work to support you to flourish and achieve your work and personal goals. This may include coaching to:

  • Reduce stress and increase calm
  • Increase focus at work
  • Enhance your energy, wellbeing and happiness
  • Engage, influence and manage the motivations of others

How do you book in?

Please choose a date and time that works for you, for our coaching session. Once I've received confirmation of your booking, I will email you a coaching information pack that includes my coaching approach, a coaching agreement, and self-assessments to understand your current strengths, opportunities and your priorities.

In our first session we will:

  • do some familiarisation so I can get to know you and the issues or areas you may want to focus on
  • discuss confidentiality
  • clarify how the coaching will work and how you like to learn
  • begin to discuss and work on your initial priority

In our subsequent sessions we will work together to support your goals and develop action steps.

My role is to support you to:

  • flourish in life
  • identify your priorities and outcomes
  • set the agenda, make decisions and take actions.

My fees:

Sessions are AUD $600 including GST for one hour. Payment is via PayPal on booking. Each participant will receive a paperback copy of my book: Finding Your Well-BEing, by Mary Mangos.
