Sending burnout to infinity and beyond - Business Chicks Australia Feature

I excited to announce that my burnout story and strategies have been featured by Business Chicks Australia.

I know that I am not alone and that women are disproportionately being affected by burnout. In fact, a recent expert suggests that[1]:

  • Women are more burned out—and more so than men

  • Women are even more burned out now than they were a year ago
  • The gap in burnout between women and men has almost doubled
  • During late 2021, one in three women has considered leaving the workforce or downshifting their career—a significant increase from one in four in 2020
