March 20th is the UN International Day of Happiness. With our world facing unprecedented challenges, wellbeing matters more than ever.

Our actions and kindness can set an example in the world where we benefit and others can too.
Here are some actions to consider:
- Communicate and share your ideas and messages
- Donate your time or money to support others
- Cultivate your gratitude - How? Explore 4 key practices that can make a difference:
1.journal three good things that happened in your day;
2. write a gratitude letter expressing your gratitude to someone;
3. go for a gratitude walk where you notice positive sights, sounds and smells;
4. and do a gratitude meditation.
